Our construction method solves two common problems found in other vests: excess weight and foam that can twist during hard falls. Most vests use a pocket system with inner and outer neoprene layers sewn together to hold the foam in place. This traditional construction can lead to twisted foam after hard falls. Additionally, these pockets trap water, and the double neoprene layers absorb more water, weighing you down.
